1. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Approved.
2. REVIEW OF ACTIVITY IN 1999
Generally considered as having been successful.
3. TREASURER'S REPORT
Attached to the permanent record. It was agreed unanimously
that the sum due to the Chateau should be paid soonest (it
has accumulated an interest of 2073 BEF). Some confusion was
noted about the membership fees of the past season which have
to be cleared up. Gabor and Guy stated they had paid despite
it not being recorded. Gabor handed over a cheque to the Treasurer
to cover last year's (1999) membership fee in case the original
is not found. Professional pressure and frequent absences
due to extensive travel have compelled the Treasurer to tender
her resignation. This was accepted. It is expected the accounts
will be handed over in good order.
